About Me

Well, hello! I’m Stacy, the author of this flibbertigibbet blog. My husband and I live at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. He loves to call me a flibbertigibbet because I get so excited about a new interest, and new interests are always coming along. It doesn’t mean that I lose interest in everything I was at one time thrilled about, but that many things capture my imagination and the list keeps growing.

Here I will tell you all about those ideas/projects/things that I’m crazy about right now. I mostly write about:

Right now, I’m taking a blog sabbatical because lately I’ve found there isn’t enough time to fully enjoy my hobbies and write about them too! But while you’re here, take some time to read some old posts. Here are a few of my favorites:

My Biggest Military Lesson
Why I Drew a Spider on the Wall
My One-Week Trash Diary

Thanks for stopping in!

Stacy

    • I’ll have to go back and watch that movie, as I wouldn’t have thought of that. Thanks for visiting long ago, and I hope you come back! (I’m updating this page and realized I didn’t respond to these comments back in Dec.)

Flibbertigibbet! One of my all time favorite words! My son and I are both ADHD and we flit from one new interest to the next, the world being so interesting as it is, and we scream flibbertigibbet to each other when we are spinning in all directions. We laugh and are immediately grounded. Love it for a blog name!
