Some Memorial Day (or 4th of July) decor ideas for you on Favorite Pin Friday!
Easy USA Wreath
(pinned to our Homecoming group board started by my fellow military spouse friends)
I’m loving Found in the Ali’s 4th of July wreath, which can of course be used for Memorial Day too, or all summer long for that matter! She and I utilize the same idea for wreaths – have one wreath, and update it throughout the year. Her USA wreath is simple: grab some red, white, and blue ribbon to tie around the side, and add a USA sign from a dollar store (or you can always pick up letters from a craft store and make your own).
Tin Can Luminaries (pinned to my Holiday Love board)
Hosting a barbecue? These red, white, and blue tin can luminaries would add a simple, festive touch to your table or walkway! And recycled materials are always a plus in my book! Check out Crafts for all Seasons’ tutorial here.
Patriotic Berry Trifle (pinned to The Sweet Stuff board)
OK, this is a recipe, but it’s also cute and fits in the theme. Food Network Magazine’s Sunny Anderson created this trifle which sounds super simple and has other Pinners raving about how delicious it is. I can’t wait to try it!
Thanks for taking a look, and as always, a BIG thanks to all of our military members and their families.
